How it starts

    Email me

    Tell me what you're working on and where you're stuck. A few sentences is plenty.

  2. step 2

    Get a proposal

    I reply with scope, timeline and a price — or tell you honestly if I'm not the right fit.

  3. step 3

    We get to work

    Sessions get booked straight away. Projects start once scope is agreed.

Before you email

Do you work remotely?

Mostly, yes. I'm in Taipei (UTC+8): my afternoons overlap European mornings, and my early mornings overlap US afternoons.

What languages do you work in?

English and German natively, and business-level Mandarin.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send it over with your first email.

How does payment work?

Strategy sessions and workshops are paid in advance. Projects have a fixed price agreed up front, invoiced in milestones.

Do you take on work while building NearBuy?

Yes, in limited amounts. It's why I say no to projects that don't fit rather than stretching thin.
